This pair has been previously mounted and show plenty of marks from previous lacing. As you can guess, even after years of abuse (contrary to that pair of crap Miche hubs with sealed bearings) these hubs are spinning really smooth and still have loads of miles left. Free-wheel thread is sweet as a nut! No skewer springs thou (but it can be arranged if you need them).

By the fraction of an "aged" Brooks you can have a true aged saddle. This saddle was found on a vintage Spanish "Tour de France" early 60s racer. The leather was treated with loads of cream and even though it looks dry, the leather has became supple again and it still has plenty of miles left. Cooper rivets and period correct seat post clamp.

Headset: Chorus 1" (perfectly usable as is, but would benefit from new ball-bearings. Races in fair condition)
Bottom bracket: C-Record Italian Thread (36 x 24 tpi 70mm) (perfectly usable as is, but would benefit from new ball-bearings. Races are in fair condition)
Cranks: C-Record 170mm 53/39 (all tapers and threads are perfect and there's loads of life left in the rings. Normal scuffs from regular use).
Levers: C-Record 8 spd Second Generation (Clean and in perfect working order. Scuffs here and there from regular use. Hoods are a bit worn, but with some life left).
Front Dérailleur: Braze on 8spd C-Record (With signs of use, but in perfect working condition - No play in the cages).
Rear Dérailleur: Last generation 8spd C-Record (With signs of use, but in perfect working condition - No play in the cages).
Chain: Lightly used original SEDIS (original chain that used to come with the groupset. This is a spare clean chain used for no more than 1000km).
Brakes: Chorus (With signs of use - New original Campy brake pads - one missing spring).
Wheels: Mavic Open Pro 32h rims laced to Chorus hubs with original Chorus skewers. Wheels have sign of use but run true. There's a little bit of play on the freewheel thou.
Cassette: You choose either a 12-23 Chorus (steel - with some life left) or 13-26 Record (steel - almost new) or 12-23 Record Aluminium (in very good condition).
Seatpost: Chorus Aero 27.2 (with some marks below insertion line but in perfect working order. As you can see this groupset comes from a Gios bike that belonged to Chechu Rubiera).

*All the parts are clean and re-greased.

Now that Rotor is "back" in the business (with their Qrings spreading like fire in the pro-Peloton) people remembered about their revolutionary "Rotor System" designed in Spain. These cranks eliminate the dead-spot on the cranks and claim power, cadence and speed improvements...It was really expensive when it came around in 2003! These have seen light use and are complete with its original BB sticker. There's the odd scratch here and there, but they're pretty clean and the chainrings don't shown signs of use (well, it's titanium in the end of the day!).

Acabei de ver essa entrevista do jogador de futebol francês Eric Cantona e comecei a pensar no assunto...Realmente, de que revolução estamos falando? O futuro seria claro, não? Se todos vão ao banco ao mesmo tempo e retiram o dinheiro...Ops, mas o dinheiro nem está no banco...O único que está no banco é uma pilha de faturas da prestação do carro, financiamento da casa própria, aquela MTB de R$ 20.000,00 que você comprou em 24x... Acho que temos que contar pro Cantona que o plano dele já está em andamento.
Bons tempos aqueles em que as pessoas "guardavam dinheiro no banco"...
